Welcome to the Evergreen Audubon Bear Creek Watershed
Breeding Bird Atlas Project
The success of breeding birds in Colorado is no different than elsewhere in the
world - quality of habitat is imperative. As land use changes occur over time,
surveys of our breeding brds help to assess the impact of these changes. Like
most natural history projects, these surveys depend on volunteers from the birding
community to capture that data necessary to make those assessments. This website
is your place to enter your sightings and watch the progress of the current survey
as we begin to see how our local birds are doing these days.
Use the menu above to explore the site. When you are ready to enter some survey
data, please create an account that will be used for your login during future visits.
Note that you must be logged in to have access to the data entry screen.
